OUR ADVISORY COMMITTEE IS COMPOSED OF WOMEN AND MEN, ALL OF WHICH HAVE SHARED AND CONTINUE TO SHARE THEIR TIME AND TALENTS TO FURTHERING OUR MISSION TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE FIELD OF MENTAL HEALTH.

Lindsay Abrams RICHTER

Lindsay is a philanthropist and mental health advocate. Since 2016, Lindsay has served as the Executive Director of the Bruce C. Abrams Foundation. In addition to her role at the foundation, Lindsay serves on the Board of Directors of Indego Africa, the Junior Board of NEST, and is a member of the Young Leadership Committee at The JED Foundation. 

Lindsay graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2012, where she double majored in Human and Organizational Development (HOD) and an interdisciplinary study in literature and leadership. Following graduation, Lindsay moved to New York City, where she worked in the fashion industry, at Rent the Runway and Joie, before moving to Los Angeles in 2017 to get her Master's in Social Entrepreneurship. While living in Los Angeles, Lindsay worked full-time for The Little Market as their Director of Sales. She graduated with her MS from University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business in May of 2019 and has since relocated back to New York, where she continued in her role at The Little Market until July, 2023. Lindsay currently resides in Brooklyn with her husband, daughter, and petite goldendoodle.

As an Investor and a Next Gen Philanthropist focused on the mental health space. Alec, since 2016, has served on the Board of Directors of the Bruce C. Abrams Foundation. In addition to his role at the foundation, Alec was inspired by his father’s passion for brick and mortar, electing to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

Alec serves as a Vice President at LoanCore Capital, based in Greenwich, Connecticut. His responsibilities include underwriting, sizing, pricing, structuring and the securitization of commercial real estate loans. Alec is also responsible for assisting in the origination and asset management of LoanCore’s investments. Prior to joining LoanCore in 2017, Alec worked in the CMBS New Issuance Group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc. Alec received a Bachelor of Arts in History with dual minors in Business Administration and English from the University of Southern California. Alec currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and Shichonpoo.
